lonely boy Kanta rescues an orphaned baby sika deer and names it Poyu. Poyu has a special golden tail. Hunters pursue Poyu, but Kanta is determined to protect his golden-tailed friend and the other deer. This story is adapted from a children’s novel by Daisaku Ikeda and illustrated by Sho Murakami.
